About Wellness Primary Care
Our Mission
At Wellness Primary Care, our mission is to provide compassionate and personalized healthcare. We believe in taking the time to understand your unique health needs and values.
Dr. Alicia Altheimer is a Family Medicine Physician who has practiced medicine in Springfield, Illinois since 2015. Dr. Altheimer completed her Family Medicine residency at Southern Illinois School of Medicine in Springfield, IL. She has been committed to serving patients in the Springfield area and looking forward to many more years in this community. She established Wellness Primary Care in 2025 to provide quality, compassionate primary care via telehealth and in-person visits.
Our Services
Specialized Medical Care
At Wellness Primary Care , we offer specialized care and treatment for a variety of medical conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, and cancer. We offer annual physical exams, work/employment physicals. Sorry, we DO NOT offer DOT physicals at this time.
Acute Care Services
Our acute care services at Wellness Primary Care provide immediate and effective care to patients with acute care needs such as sore throat, cough, rash.
Women's Health
Our women's health services at Wellness Primary Care provide women with comprehensive care and treatment for a range of issues.
Senior Care
Our senior care services at Wellness Primary Care are designed to address the unique healthcare needs of elderly patients, including chronic disease management and end-of-life care.
